- Payments for custom integrations or optional add-ons are non-refundable once the service has been delivered or initiated.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
- Change of Mind: Discontinuation of use or dissatisfaction with features already demonstrated or available during a trial.
- Unutilized Subscription Periods: Refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.
- Account Termination: Refunds will not be granted if your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions.
