5. Subscription and Fees

  • Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are detailed on our website or communicated at the time of purchase.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.
  • Failure to pay subscription fees may result in restricted access or account suspension.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including but not limited to its design, functionality, content, and trademarks, is owned by Infinity IT Services LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Infinity IT Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you for the services in the 12 months preceding the incident.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinity IT Services LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.
